Our delivery window is from 10AM-12AM Midnight, where as our order window is flexible and allows you to schedule delivery for later times. On holidays, our delivery hours are subject to store holiday hours which you would be able to view when you select delivery hours.

Our fastest delivery was just in 25 minutes and most of our orders get completed within 50-70 minutes! Most of our customers choose to have delivery within 2 hours, but you can also schedule up to 7 days in advance.

We cannot fulfill Special Requests or replacements for alcohol items. Customers ordering alcohol on Go2Gro will be required to confirm they are 21 or older. When the order is delivered, a recipient 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery and show proof of legal age with a valid photo ID, as well. No orders containing alcohol will be delivered to any visibly intoxicated persons. No alcohol will be left unattended. If the customer does not have ID at time of delivery, or fail to provide an authentic ID, customer will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% restocking fee and will not receive any of the order. For Tobacco, when the order is delivered, a recipient 18 or older must be present for the delivery and show proof of legal age with a valid photo ID.
